Terms & Conditions

At Bloom My Day, we are committed to creating magical, elevated picnic experiences that celebrate beauty, connection, and intention. To ensure everything flows with grace and clarity, we ask our guests to please review and agree to the following terms and conditions prior to booking.

Deposit & Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. This deposit secures your setup, covers initial planning and materials, and will be applied to your final balance. The remaining 50% is due no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event. For bookings made less than five days in advance, full payment is required upfront.

Client Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your event more than seven days prior to your scheduled date, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable, as your experience will have already been prepared. You may request to change the date of your event once, provided that the request is made at least five days in advance and is subject to availability.

Weather & Rescheduling Policy

Because we can’t control the weather—but we can plan with grace. If unexpected weather conditions prevent the safe setup of your picnic and no alternative indoor location has been arranged, we offer a one-time complimentary reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. This reschedule must occur within 30 days of the original date and is subject to availability. If you do not have an indoor location available, we’re happy to suggest beautiful covered venues across San Francisco and the Bay Area. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the venue selected.

In the case of last-minute cancellation due to weather, where no reschedule or relocation is possible, your initial deposit will be retained. Refunds, if applicable, may be partial and do not apply to perishable or customized items, such as food or floral arrangements. We actively monitor weather forecasts 72 and 24 hours before each event and will contact you proactively if any changes are necessary to ensure a smooth and safe experience.

Arrival & Timing

Your picnic will be fully set up and ready at the scheduled start time. Each package includes a fixed duration (typically between 2–3 hours). Please arrive on time, as late arrivals will not extend the event. If your event exceeds the agreed-upon duration, overtime charges may apply.

Guest Conduct & Responsibility

Guests are expected to treat all décor, furniture, and props with care and respect. You are responsible for any damage caused to the setup or equipment due to negligence. Children must be supervised at all times, and pets are allowed only upon previous notify and at designated pet-friendly locations. Please inform us during booking if you plan to include a furry friend. We are pet friendly and will adjust for your pet.

Food & Allergy Disclaimer

If Bloom My Day or one of our partners provides food for your experience, it is the client’s responsibility to communicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies in advance. We are not liable for allergic reactions when no notice has been given prior to the event.

Photography & Media Release

We love to capture the beauty of our experiences for use on our website and social media. By booking with us, you consent to Bloom My Day photographing or filming the picnic setup for promotional purposes. If you prefer a fully private experience with no photography, please let us know during the booking process. We will always ask for permission before taking photos that include guests.

Cleaning & Waste

We take care of all setup and takedown. At the end of your event, we kindly ask that you dispose of any personal trash in designated bins. A cleaning fee may be charged if excessive mess or damage is left behind after the experience.
